We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition  

- Items must include original packaging  

- Proof of purchase is required  

Because each item is made specifically for you, please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Important:  

All returns must be requested and approved first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

- Damaged  

- Defective  

- Incorrect  

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

- Incorrect size selection  

- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse  

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

1. Request a return (if eligible)  

2. Place a new order  


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method  

- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank  


Orders Placed Through Third-Party Platforms

Some orders may be placed through third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, or other integrated marketplaces.

Please note:

  • Orders placed through these platforms may also be subject to their respective return, refund, and buyer protection policies
  • In certain cases, the platform may make the final decision regarding refunds or returns
  • We recommend contacting us first so we can help resolve any issue quickly and efficiently
